Technically Very smooth but may feel difficulties who never heard the system automation process.There will be many rounds like IQ test, HR round and Floor manager. you have to know ICH GCP guidelines before you go for interview.

initially there was an online test- consists of an english aptitude test which is compulsory and another set of questions, the topic can be chosen from a list (science, microbiology, pharmaceutics, biochemistry etc. Once we attain the minimum score, the next is HR round followed by technical round.
