Interview
Didn't have a great experience with their HR department or the hiring manager. The recruiter didn't attend a meeting and had to reschedule. I was interviewed by the hiring manager and her trainee; the hiring manager was awkward and when asked about the team I would be joining, she mentioned their race and gender and seemed adverse to talking about diversity or company culture. As a POC, I did not get the feeling that DEI is high on the list of importance.

I had a teams interview with no camera on. The interview went well although The recruiter was late and did not send an e-mail beforehand to give a heads up or apologize. There was a long silence after the interview and after an attempt to follow up i was told that the position was canceled.
