I was ghosted by IQVIA after the first interview. The interview itself was not difficult, and the interviewer was nice and friendly, despite seeming relatively inexperienced.I had a gap in my resume, and during the interview, I explained the reason behind it. However, the interviewer continued to ask about it, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I can't help but wonder if this discomfort may have played a role in not being chosen to proceed further in the hiring process.
