There was 3 step interview 1. HR connects with you 2. Interview that you record yourself and answer questions for which you have 1-2 mins with no option to re-take 3. Interview with the department managers

Tell me about a time you had to work in a team and what was your experience did you like it? Tell me do you have any experience in Microsoft office and especially excel, give an example? Why are you leaving your current or last job? What so you know about clinical trials, what are the different stages What type of documents do you expect to work with What are the most important skills for the job What do you expect to do as CTA Tell us how do you prioritise your work How do you deal with problems within the team What do you know about the company What are your goals
One hour video interview with the department head. Questions focused on self introduction, relevant experience, understanding of the CTA role, and career development plans. The overall process was smooth and the team was responsive throughout.
Seems like my interviewing process was sped up since they really need somebody to start ASAP. I only got a phone screening and one interview with more senior members on the team.
Three rounds, one with recruiter, two with managers of varying seniority, one of whom was my future manager. Mostly soft skills questions and questions about my resume and past experiences, overall was a very easygoing and friendly conversation
