One hour video interview with the department head. Questions focused on self introduction, relevant experience, understanding of the CTA role, and career development plans. The overall process was smooth and the team was responsive throughout.

Lasted like 1 h Started with basci questions but later got more comprehensive. Not just for the roles of CTA but also the clinical research process in general within the relation of other departmens. With future goals.
Seems like my interviewing process was sped up since they really need somebody to start ASAP. I only got a phone screening and one interview with more senior members on the team.
Three rounds, one with recruiter, two with managers of varying seniority, one of whom was my future manager. Mostly soft skills questions and questions about my resume and past experiences, overall was a very easygoing and friendly conversation
