I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at IQVIA
Interview
Multi-stage interview with other programmers and managers. Very pleasant atmosphere and generally light interview. I was given in depth information on what I will be doing and and what to expect from the role. Asking questions felt inviting and encouraged.

Question 1
What is your biggest weakness... what do you know about the structure of the company already?
It was a two hour interview. The first half was competency based questions and the second half technical based questions and multiple interviewers. The interview was conducted over a Teams call.
It was good. Panel consists of 3 to 4 memebers. It was technical round and response after interview was very quick and recruitment process is also very fast. I accepted the offer and working there.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IQVIA
Interview
Interview process was good and I got selected in the technical interview. So, HR had informed me and asked me to share all the documents including form16 of previous employers, salary slips, bank statements, all marksheets and even the got the background verification done before releasing the offer letter. It took 2 days for the documentation purpose as I had been asked to share some govt. documents after fetching from government sites and offices.
Unfortunately still m waiting for my offer letter since last 2 months after wasting so much time. So, i would say it's a job scam at Iqvia cuz I had taken 2 days leaves from my current organisation and got nothing even after all documentation and verification after having all the communication on email stating I have been selected and just there would be an HR salary discussion round.
So, i would suggest to be cautious of such company cuz even they will share the interviewers information on email prior to interview session which is so fishy.
