I applied online. I interviewed at IREX (International Research & Exchanges Board) (Washington, DC) in Jul 2017
Interview
Applied at IREX online and received an invitation to a phone interview about a week later. The interviewer was very unprofessional and seemed like she had never worked with people or given an interview before. As someone who has been through many interviews, I would say this one was among the most disorganized and just odd. Even though I wasn't made an offer, I wouldn't have accepted anyway because of the impression I was left with after the interview.

Interview
I had a thirty minute interview where they asked me some standard questions with three people present. They were polite and listened to what I had to say. Pretty standard interview, no surprises.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at IREX (International Research & Exchanges Board)
Interview
Do NOT apply to IREX. They have reposted the same program associate role for months. I applied, and was contacted by the recruiter. We had a good conversation and he told me that he would follow up by the end of the week. I reached out to him multiple times, and he ghosted me. Then, I saw on LinkedIn that they reposted the role. They have reposted it 4 times since I had my phone call back in October. They are using this position to farm resumes.
