I was given a Skype interview with three senior management members on the line. Each had a few questions to ask me, but it was mainly one person who I was speaking with. The questions started out generic and they had me walk them through my resume and highlight my main accomplishments. The later questions were much more specific to the job. Think "In this job you will have to do X, tell us how you have handled that in the past." type questions. There was a lot of emphasis on explaining my past experiences and adding value to them more than explaining what I wanted to achieve in the future. They asked me about my salary requirements during the phone interview.
For my second interview I was flown to DC to interview in person. Dress is important, definitely wear a suit. I interviewed with three senior managers, two of which were different than who I had met on the phone. I have the feeling they just grab two people who are available to sit in on these things, but everyone was very nice. The questions often repeated what was discussed in the phone interview. Again they emphasized past experience and explaining how it would fit into the requirements for this job. I wasn't asked technical questions. My resume / past experience seemed more important than my interview. Staff were very open in answering my questions, and treated me extremely respectfully throughout the process. I did not feel like it was a high pressured interview.
