Interview
The recruiter clearly had never read my resume. I got asked very simple questions and she called back a day later to clarify simple information, clearly listed on my resume. It was unprofessional and a waste of time.

Interview
A call, then a meeting. Three interviewers who really didn't know about international development and tried to just pass the time. Not a good experience and waste of time. Also the questions are very generic.

Interview
Amateur hour. The entry-level worker in charge of screening in HR is in over her head. She sent me multiple repeat emails in trying to set up an interview, was late to the interview, forgot the position she was interviewing me for and mixed it up with another one, and then didn't follow up afterward. A month or two later, the same job listing was posted again. I guess they chose the wrong person or the person refused the job after seeing how poorly the company functions.
