Interview
I had 2 phone interviews. The first was with 2 HR recruiters, and the second was with members of the department within the organization where the position was located. Both interviews lasted about 1 hour. It was pretty intense. However, the people were quite friendly.
After the first interview, I was asked to edit a 1 page memo. This was the written portion of the interview. They also requested 3 references.
