Applied early April 5, got phone screening mid April, did Panel Interview early May, submitted the assessment early May, got rejection phone call early June.
1. Phone screening (no camera)- basic conversation with recruiter. She asked questions about experience with specific donors, team management, data management, and project implementation. .
2. Panel Interview - virtual, camera on interview with four team members. Questions about leadership, collaboration, and failure
3. Online/Timed Assessment - had one hour to complete an excel data review and write an email responding to negative feedback.
4. Rejection Phone call - a month after submitting the assessment the recruiter called to inform me they selected a different candidate
