The interview process was complex and stressful. I applied for the same position twice, coming second in both times. the first time around, they selected an unqualified candidate putting them in a position to re-recruit. instead of being automatically selected as the runner up candidate i underwent the recruitment process again and this time it was even more difficult! A technical exam was added to the process, which wasnt required during my first experience with them. the exam process was incredibly stressful, it consisted of essay questions, multiple choice, true and false, an excel sheet and a power point creation to visualize data all in about 2 hours. i had to have open camera and screen share during the exam, and was actively watched and spoken to during my testing. after the exam i got interviewed by a regional and international panel and was grilled.
