The hiring process consists of a phone interview and two face to face interviews. In the second face to face interview you will spend 45 minutes with a team member to find out more about the role and a chance to test whether it is something you will be comfortable with.

2 stages 1st stage a get top know you interview, 2nd stage more sales number driven.
Initial interview was with Usman who was very straight forward and logical, he was meant to be my manager, and found out once i joined in january 2023, he wasn't going to be my manager which was a shock.

Paul was friendly and easy to get on with, mainly interested in specific sales numbers and results.
