I initially had a phone interview. The questions were extensive and the interview lasted approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. There were scenarios and hypothetical situations where I had to describe how I would handle a problem as well as resolve a serious issue. The individuals interviewing were helpful and professional. It was a very thorough process.
