A member of HR reached out to me and scheduled an interview with another member of HR via online video chat. Five minutes prior to the scheduled start time, I was told they needed to reschedule. The following week, I had the interview that lasted an hour and seemed to go quite well. I was told I would hear back within a week. Not only did I NOT hear back, I reached out twice to the member of HR that did the interview as well as the person who scheduled it and never even got a reply. If the answer is no, then that’s fine, but it’s entirely unprofessional and unacceptable to completely ignore a candidate especially when you told them they would hear from within a week. Extremely disappointing.
