Didn't make it past the phone screen. Was screened by someone with a very heavy accent, who was very difficult to understand. I have a lot of experience working with people overseas, so accents aren't usually a problem for me. However, due to the difficulty I had understanding them, I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves. Of course, they've since ghosted me, so I think the communication difficulties played a part in my being passed over for this role.
