Met with a recruiter, then hiring manager & others in the same role, then EVP of Innovation. Everyone I talked to was clearly very passionate and excited to get to know me better. The interviews were mostly conversational, and enjoyable. Always felt like the conversation went both ways too, allowing me to ask questions and get a sense of the culture. The whole process was done in a reasonable amount of time, around three weeks.
