I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IXL Learning (Raleigh, NC) in Nov 2025
Interview
Three technicals along with two behavioral, one on Zoom with the VP of Eng. Overall not too bad, the last of the three interviews was a borderline LC Hard, but passed all test cases in the end. No offer despite acing all technicals and doing well on behavioral, not sure what they are looking for.
It was overall chill. The process involved a phone call, 1 virtual technical interview and multiple rounds in person. The technical interview was less than an hour and was a leetcode medium problem.

Question 1
Implement an algorithm to solve a typical data structures problem (for example sliding window or array processing) and analyze the time and space complexity.
Coding is about max heap and min heap to find median value and they will allow you to search google if you forget the syntax. Overall, nice people, chill and comfortable environment.
