A phone screening followed by an in person interview (over one hour). People were friendly and engaging to talk to. I believe that I was under qualified for this role which is why I was not hired.

I had a screener call with a recruiter, and then spoke with a (junior) member of the team about a week later for 30 minutes. Then I was sent a very time-consuming test to complete to show my skills, and a few days after I sent in the test, I received a robo-email from the initial recruiter saying they were going in another direction.
