Very long and drawn out. Lots of hoops to jump through, with multiple phone screenings, a paper assessment, and then multiple zoom interviews with various members of the team. No questions were particularly difficult, especially if you have a background in math education, but it was a lot of time to waste. for a job that I'm not sure they actually want to fill.
