Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, then provide 3 work samples (without any context so this will be super broad), then phone screen with the HM who will ask you questions unrelated to the role, finally you will be asked to submit a second case of work samples that will have 5+ questions and additional context. They are fishing for Too many rounds of interviews, coordinator was a little error prone and missed appt times. They required a application vs just resume, process took a long time. Think they were fishing for ideas and free consulting as someone else mentioned. Getting hit with a second round of work samples was such a turnoff. Don't waste your time!
As many others have stated, they have unethical interviewing processes that require at-home assignments. I also didn't appreciate that they used your candidate information (home address) to send coupons and marketing materials to after. Seems like they were mining for competitor information and current marketing trends in the SaaS sector. Don't waste your time.
