I went through 3 interviews over the course of 4 weeks with IXL. After the 1st interview, I was given an at-home assignment to complete before being considered for a 2nd and later a 3rd. Each interview was about 30 minutes each. 1st interview was just to get some general information about me and why I wanted to join the position. 2nd was slightly more in-depth but it was basically the same process over again with the addition of the assignment review. The 3rd interview was similar but focused on the structure of the assignment. I was also asked to describe a daily task in 5 minutes. Interviewers generally didn't seem interested in our conversations which was disheartening.
