Interview
They came to my campus to recruit and I signed my name on their list. Within the end of the day, they offered me either a phone interview or a campus interview. I didn't have time for the campus interview so I took the phone interview.
They asked me basic questions of my background, then a riddle which I had to explain my thought process as I was solving it. They told me they'd contact me within three days; they did informing me I didn't move past to the second phase.

It was actually a bit of work and took me about the whole week to complete, with the fact that I'm a student with a part time job.
