Very easy interview. Store manager was very friendly asked about any relevant experience I had and what hours I was looking for. Asked about general health and safety questions and showed me around the store.

Couple of scenario questions. What would you do if?? Show a time where you have shown exceptional customer service/ team worker. basic questions like why do you want to work for iceland, what do you know about the company.
