Interview
It seemed too good to be true. The interviewers were very nice and knowledgable, but the vibe and tone of the place seemed off. I did an interview then checked Glassdoor, and I am glad I did! Wow, you can really tell that something was off at this place by just looking at the very negative reviews and then the really positive reviews. At this point I am not too concerned because of the reviews I have read that seemed "real" and not scripted really made me look elsewhere.
Again, I could be wrong but it didn't seem like the best atmosphere and you could tell that it's where alot of college graduates go ( which is great) but the pay could have been better for the positions listed. People at their computers looked miserable. Again, they look great digitally and on paper but it doesn't seem like a very positive environment.

Interview
Great and clear interview process! It seems as if Evoke has been putting in the work to change! The interview process was seemless and there was great communication throughout the entire time. I was brought up to date and had all my questions and concerns answered in a timely matter.
