We recently made the decision to establish our first ever R&D hub to be based out of Toronto, and went full steam ahead on advertising all of the open roles. However, once we took the time to really get clarity around the recruitment timelines on scaling out this team, the decision was made to pause recruitment for this specific role until the start of the new year. This was mostly to ensure that the new designer would be joining at the right time and have a great onboarding and transition experience, with full support from our APAC Product & Design team.
