It was a half a day process of in person interviews after a couple of phone screenings. Overall the interview went smoothly and the groups worked to make sure that I was comfortable during the process. I met with people both 1:1 as well as in a group setting. They asked me various questions about my background as well as about teams and projects that I have worked on.

They asked for a video one way interview which was strange. Feels like the manager does not have the time or cares enough about the process to do the interview themselves.
Talent acquisition asked standard questions but couldn’t tell me much about the specifics of the team or role. Would imagine that would have been more of a hiring manager task.
