Very thorough with multiple rounds of interview, some tests about how you approach problem solving, but also fair and laid back. The HR reps that guide you along the way are very thoughtful. The teach interviews were in depth problem solving of a variety of scenarios

How do you explain a complex science concept to a 8 year old
So many interviews with all levels of people. Pretty standard questions to talk about experience. After all these interviews I was told I don’t have some specific experience. Not sure why they wasted their time and mine time as everything is already evident on my resume. I got into similar position with much higher pay at it’s competitor. Pretty happy I didn’t get the job as pay is very low even with stocks they were offering. I did like the fact that hr provided good information about the company and took his time to explain about companies vision.
