I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Illumina in Jan 2021
Interview
Extremely poor. The initial stages and assessments were fine, but one week after receiving an invitation to an interview, this offer was withdrawn citing a "technical error". This is an inexcusable error from a major company, especially given the incredibly competitive and (at times) taxing job market STEM students graduate into. I feel dejected and patronised given my time invested into applying for this opportunity, and feel the process was a slap in the face to the students and graduates who have made many, many compromises in the current climate.
