Illumio's recruiting process consisted of multiple over the phone interviews, an apptitude test, a personality test and a half day of in person interviews. The people were very intelligent and personable however the process was a bit choppy compared to other companies I've received an offer from. This included mixed messages, notable delays and multiple process changes, including post final interview next steps. I do believe Illumio will be a highly successful company and wish them well.
