5 Rounds of interviews from recruiter screening through department executive and multiple leaders. Everyone was friendly and had intelligent and thoughtful questions. Everyone displayed care and attention to me as a candidate and as a person. They worked hard to schedule things quickly and not to drag the process out. The negotiation process was honest and straightforward. There was very open discussion of levers and how the package was put together. It was obvious that they had thought through both sides and gave consideration to my position and experience and needs which was refreshing. They knocked it out of the park with their process, care, and commitment to fairness beyond what was industry standard or necessary.
