Met with multiple eStaff members to discuss my experience. Each meeting was 1:1. I was very impressed with each individuals background and experience. Each interviewer took the time to share with me their view of the current state and future direction of the company. We then discussed how I could help them achieve their goals. The interview was difficult, but at an expected level given the responsibility for the position. I was challenged to show how my background would meet the needs of the position and help this rocket ship meet its potential.
