I was contacted by a member of HR requesting an initial screening interview and to respond with my availability for the week so that they could contact me. I responded promptly, but did not receive any response. Upon an additional follow-up, I still did not receive any response. I found it extremely unprofessional and rude that the HR staff decided to ghost me after being the one to contact me in the first place. While I was at first hopeful about the position, I now only have a bad impression of the company and regret to see that they have no respect for candidates' time.
