Illumio Systems Software Engineer interview questions

The company ghosted me for two weeks after the interview. Afterwards, they notified me that they were already interviewing another candidate onsite while interviewing me. The communication could have been improved especially since I believed the interview to have gone well. Interviewing as a backup and the lack of communication were two key factors for this review.
