ImageTrend Contract Specialist interview questions

Complete virtual interview process. First Interview started with meeting the manager and two members of the team. The second interview was a meet and greet with the rest of team and the same manager. Super casual. The manager kept giggling while I was answering her questions, which seemed a bit rude. I contacted the HR director twice to see what the next steps were and to please let me know either way. She never responded to either emails (weeks apart). Very poor communication and unprofessional experience.
