The interview was a video call with two managers. The structure felt rigid and impersonal, with little engagement or two-way dialogue. Most of the time was spent answering questions in rapid succession, with no real discussion or feedback. At one point, it seemed like the interviewers weren’t sure how to continue. It felt more like a checklist than a conversation. I came prepared and excited to learn about the team and the work, but the tone felt cold. A more interactive approach would improve the candidate experience.
