I applied online, and on the same day received an email asking for a phone interview. After my phone interview, I received a link asking for 5 references, and then contacted 5 of my former supervisors to fill out the reference survey. It's been over a month now, and I have yet to hear from them. Obviously, I didn't get the job, but if you're going to make me waste my time and everyone else's time to fill out a reference survey, a company could at the very least notify me that they've moved on with a different candidate. Don't waste your time with these people as they clearly lack common courtesy and won't bother following up with you again.
