4-stage, one in-person and three phone interviews. In person interview was conducted by the support team manager and also included one of the Tier 2s, to further get a sense of my fit with the team.

Got a phone call to schedule the meeting and received technical subjects to study for the interview. 45 mn. written technical exam, 15 min. english support-oriented test and 15 min. verbal exam. The process was very pleasant and both the HR and interviewer were kind and respectful.
