Very easy going and informal, both interviewers wore hoodies, hardly no formal interview questions asked. However, I was under the impression, or directly told rather after competing 2 interviews, that I would be moving forward pending an assessment that I would need to complete over a 3 day period. Instead of receiving an assessment, I received an email 24 hours later stating that the company would no longer be moving forward, with no explanation. Based on other interview reviews, the HR and Recruiting/Management Team could greatly benefit by attempting to be on one accord while screening candidates. Paying close attention to the verbiage being used during the interview process can drastically reduce confusion and eliminate false hope for potential candidates as this reflects poorly on the company overall.
