I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Imply in May 2020
Interview
Opportunity to review company culture, sales process, expectations, and technology. All virtual due to pandemic, but very open and collaborative experience. Spoke with sales leadership, technical leadership, and CEO. CEO made me feel very much at ease using a Jerry Seinfeld living room as his Zoom background. Was waiting for Kramer to burst through the door at any minute.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Focus on people I would hire to join on my team and cultural fit as well as expectations alignment for how to build a team that both the company and the account manager find as a win-win.
I had an interview for a senior role. Though the interviewer is in a very. senior position, I feel he is very in-experienced in interviewing and highly imptient. Interview started directly with walk me through your experience and ended abruptly . Over all, have a bad experience and some finesse and interview training is. needed.
