Started with a quick yet thorough call with an internal recruiter who gave me a lot more information about the role and company. Moved on to an interview with the hiring manager as well as a couple of their peers who dove deeper into my background and skillset. Finished up with a half-day interview/meetings with different members of the team and department, which was a great chance to hear honest opinions about the company and the work being done as well as get a feel for how I'd fit in culturally. The whole process was done remotely, and took ~3 weeks from initial call to offer.
