      I interviewed at Imply

      Interview

Three rounds of conversations with product/associated teams. During the interview I had the opportunity to present a PRD and explain my general workflow to the senior product members. I also had a multi-hour final round where I was able to talk with a variety of key team members who I'll be working with closely.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Imply (San Francisco, CA)

      Interview

The interview process was very well structured. Following an initial phone screen with the recruiting team, I had a call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager round was a deep dive into my experiences with follow-up questions etc. Then, I moved on to a case study presentation round to a panel. I had 40 minutes to present followed by 20 minutes of Q&A. The onsite comprised of meeting individual team members, with heavy focus on behavioral and decision making processes. I heard back within a couple of days with an offer and I ended up accepting. Overall, the interviewers were keen on leaving time at the end for questions and were forthright about the company's culture, what's top of mind for their focus areas and where they're looking to improve. The recruiting team was very prompt in setting interviews up and providing feedback etc. Overall a great interview experience!
