Interview
I applied via the website and the entire process took about 2 weeks. And it was hands-down the best interview process I've personally been through. The recruiter was incredibly easy-going and organized. I could feel the passion for the organization and tech in our conversations. This was a big driver to me ultimately accepting my offer. Scheduling all of the interviews was straightforward, organized and each interviewer was 100% transparent. I had an initial interview with the recruiter, interview with the hiring manager, an interview with a fellow Account Executive on the team, and finally an interview with the CRO. I felt a great energy-match during the interviews and all my questions were answered in complete honesty. In a hectic start-up world, this team and organization felt like family with competitive drive. Ultimately, the interview process sold me on the company and culture.

Question 1
It was generally around my experience, my story, sales acumen and vision. The most important questions were... Why make the change? Why Imply?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Imply in Apr 2022
Interview
I was very appreciative that the interview process was well organized and my time was respected (both of these things were important to me as I feel you only get to see so much during interviews to learn how the company operates/treats their employees). The response time from my recruiter was great and she also provided resources so I could learn the product better before meeting with the Sales Director and CRO. I asked a number of questions to make sure I understood the details of the position, company, industry, etc. Each of my questions were answered thoroughly making it easy for me to make my decision once an offer was made.

Question 1
The questions asked were focused primarily in two parts: My work history and what I knew about what Imply does. The product is fairly technical and they wanted to be sure I was taking the time to learn it and be able to explain it well.
