Strong interview process. Good questions. People who cared. Multiple round of interviews with senior stakeholders from across the business. I mostly enjoyed the process and wish more places had a similar process.

Question 1
What are ways that I have lived by certain values.
I interviewed for this role in Winter of 2024 then again the following fall. The first time the interview seemed to go well then I got an automated rejection email with no feedback.
The second go round they seemed super impressed with everything I said & all but offered me the role. I was told I would hear back later that same day about a decision after the final interview.
3 weeks passed & I heard nothing, even after I reached out multiple times for follow up.
Eventually I heard back & was told that they had restructuring & did not fill the role & may not fill it or any other roles in the near future.
If this is the case it would have been nice to have been informed of something besides just ghosting me for 3 weeks. The company seems very unorganized. The people who interviewed me the first time were not even with the company anymore & there was no record of me interviewing for the same role just a few months prior.
