The process started out with me applying via internet.about 2 and half months later I was called to arrange an interview with the office manager. I was first asked to fill out an application. This is always a red flag to me as applications normally are filled out until it is time for a background check before the job offer. Anyway I filled it out and then was escorted in to the Managers office.I was asked 3 questions and then told we'll get back to you. 10 -15 min. interview tops
