I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online in January and went in a week after submitting my application to introduce myself to the manager. He was super sweet and said he would not be hiring anyone for a month but to write my name and number down. After 5 weeks I went in again to follow up and he apologized for not calling me but he would in a few weeks. 2 weeks later I got a call for an interview with the store manager. Pretty easy interview overall it consisted of him just getting to know me (smile a lot) he set up another interview for me with the assistant manager 2 days later. This interview was a little more intense with him asking challenging question to see what kind of person I was. At the end I was offered the job and took it immediately. My tips would be to always smile, compliment the company and employees, and just be yourself!
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.
