The highlight was speaking to the friendly and enthusiastic recruiter, who unfortunately could not answer even basic information about the job (hiring timeline, salary, number of positions open, what hm is seeking). Program management team lead came across as unprofessional and unprepared. Open skepticism of my experience and qualities I would bring to the team. Why interview me if so certain I am not a fit? It felt like a conclusion was already reached on my candidacy and therefore a waste of time of my time. I did not leave with a greater understanding of IQT's mission or challenges with the work.
