I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at In Time Tec (New Delhi) in Feb 2019
Interview
1st round: aptitude 60 questions in 60 min
2nd round: coding 1 question in 20 min
3rd and 4th round: f2f technical rounds
5th round: HR
First of all I would request the head of InTimeTech, Bangalore to train your employees how to conduct an interview.
You cannot judge a candidate by asking only 1 question. There are so many factors because of which he couldn't get the solution. You should dig out what the candidate is capable of.
First 3 rounds went well.
Speaking of 3rd round:
I am impressed by the attitude the interviewer had. So calm and nice person.
He interviewed me for 2.30 hr.
He was continuously digging in me. He asked me questions on everything.
OS, networking, OOPS, SQL, programming logics and everything.
After asking few, he sensed that I know nothing on OS and networking.
Again, excluding this 2 topics he asked me more questions.
I answered max of his questions and then he told me that I am selected for the next round. I am sure he gave a positive feedback for me in the feedback form.
I was happy after my performance.
Fourth round:
4th round went totally opposite.
Interviewer was a young guy who was not having more then 2 years of experience was interviewing me.
He asked me 1 logical question. After trying for long, I gave up. I couldn't answer him.
Then he asked me few questions that I answered him correctly.
Then he called one of his friend to interview me. He also asked me few questions whose answer was 100% correct but he told me my answers are incorrect. When I returned home, I cross checked my answers and I was absolutely right. He was wrong.
And they have not asked me any more questions on logical reasoning and just gave a lame feedback that I am poor in logical reasoning.
And my resume was not forwarded further.
PLEASE, ask the experts to interview freshers. Candidates try really hard for a break. Atleast, I tried very hard. In my case the guy was in a hurry to rush for his lunch. Constantly he was glancing towards his watch.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
just practice all basic coding questions.
it's enough to crack any interview. they don't ask rocket science. make your logics strong
The process had three rounds: an MCQ round, a coding round, and a final interview. The first round was easy, the coding round was moderately challenging, and the interview was relatively easy. However, strong fundamental knowledge of testing and concepts is essential to confidently answer questions and successfully clear the final round.
The interview was good but there were not much openings and they had priority to hire from CSE branch itself. But there are good facilities. Some of the interviewers are really good at what they do. but the interview involved lot of technical questions but the package provided was low and didnot understand the purpose of Kalpavruksha if the candidates must already know everything,
