I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at In Time Tec (Mandya) in Aug 2019
Interview
The selection process was held on campus. There were 4 rounds:
1. Aptitude and coding assessment
2. Hand-written coding test in your language of choice (very easy question, they were probably just testing that you at least know the syntax of the language you chose)
3. Technical Round (They asked standard questions on data structures and algorithms, also on the skills that you've mentioned on your resume)
4. HR Round (Standard HR questions like "tell me about yourself" and such, but some questions were also technical. One instance was, she asked me about one of my projects in which I had used Flask which is a microservice framework, so she started a conversation about microservices for a while)
The interviewers, in both technical as well as HR rounds, were very humble and supportive.
Interviews were relatively short for me with technical round lasting ~15 minutes while HR round was of ~20 minutes. Note that everyone's interview duration varied drastically (some people were in for 60-80 minutes each)
