I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at In Time Tec (Meridian, ID) in Jan 2019
Interview
First I had a technical interview about 20-30 minutes long with 2 mid-level engineers and 1 VP (who observed but didn't ask questions). I guess I passed that part because they moved me on to an interview with the President of the company, another VP and the talent recruiter. The second interview was pretty uncomfortable for me. The president of the company was asking me questions that felt rather invasive and a little too personal for a job interview.

What is one of your strengths that hurts/hinders you or your productivity?
Asked about my work/school history...Was my family supportive of me quitting my job and going back to school full time? This seemed a little sexist to me.
What books or TEDtalks/Podcasts have you heard recently that have really affected you? (I think they were looking for something about how I've grown as a person not just professionally)
I was given a question and asked to use mathematical Logic and Not Mathematical Operations(such as sum, subtraction, multiplication or divide).
according to the interviewer mathematical Logic != Mathematical Operations
